Adults can choose between a variety of courses, such as welding, electrical, HVAC and maintenance.
In addition, the center has a long track record of working with local and area industries to help them find and keep employees by providing testing and training services. Its Job Ready database utilizes the WorkKeys assessments to match prospective employees with the needs of local employers. It maintains a pool of candidates with current scores for employers to access as their hiring need occurs. This method provides a more efficient hiring process and improves retention. The center can also orchestrate the process of application/resume collection, screening, interview scheduling, etc.
