Jobs One-Stop can help

10/24/2007
The Jobs One-Stop truly is the one place to begin your search for employment, training and other job-related resources.
The One-Stop pulls together many of the organizations involved with workforce development so that employers can work with just one place to achieve your goals of finding and keeping the best employees. Here are some of the services offered:
Post job openings
Job Bank, the area’s premier website for employers and job-seekers alike, gets more than 300 visitors a day and is free for employers to post their openings. In addition to appearing on Job Bank, the position also will be posted at the One-Stop office and emailed to all of the partners.
Customized Recruiting
Minimize walk-in traffic and phone calls to your business by having all applicants send resumes or forms to the One-Stop. Trained professionals then can prescreen them and forward the best to you.
Or, you could schedule your very own job fair at the One-Stop.
Employee Retention
The Jobs One-Stop may assist your employees by linking them with services designed to minimize and eliminate the day-to-day challenges associated with absenteeism and loss of productivity.
Services include assistance in these areas:
