       No matter where an employer sets up shop in south central Ohio, he or she can be assured they'll be able to find skilled and hard-working employees.

       Employees commute up to 45 minutes one way each day to work in our various industries and businesses. In Ross County, employees drive from their homes in all surrounding counties and some from even further away.

     Approximately 150,000 workers are available in the region, many of whom have the skills already to begin working immediately.
